01. Which areas do you serve?

We are currently serving the Williamsburg, Bushwick, and Greenpoint areas in Brooklyn, but we will be extending our outstanding service in the near future. If you'd like to get notified when we are servicing your neighborhood, just let us know. For Corporate Accounts outside of our service area, please contact us 718.541.8773.
02. How does your service work?

The first step is to create an account using our secure registration. When you sign up you get to choose your own personal wash preferences. After that, whenever you want to use our service, simply sign in and schedule a pickup and delivery.
03. Is your website secure for online payments?

Yes, our website is secured by a Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) which is the standard security technology for establishing an encrypted link between a web server and a browser. This link ensures that all data passed between the web server and browsers remain private and integral. You can see the seal of the SSL Certificate Authority on the bottom of this page.
04. What if I don't have internet access?

Just give us a call and we'll be more than glad to assist you. We can be reached at 718.541.8773.
05. What if I am skin sensitive, can I use my own laundry detergent?

Not a problem, just simply place your detergent in the bag with your laundry.
06. Do I have to be there when the pick up or drop off is made?

If you let us know in advance where we can pick it up and/or drop it off, there is no need for you to be there. However, if we miss you without prior notice you will be charged an additional fee of $5.00.
07. How do I pay for my service?

When you sign up you have the option of providing your credit card information. Your credit card will not be charged until the delivery is made. You may also pay with COD.
08. What are your days and hours of operation?

We are open 7 days a week from 8am - 10pm.
09. What is the turn-around time?

Turnaround time is usually up to 24 hours or same day service if preferred.
10. How much in advance do I need to schedule my order?

Generally we need a 2 hour notice. However if you would like to schedule an 8:00am pick up or drop off you will have to place your order before 7:00PM on the previous day.
11. Can I specify a more specific time than the 4 hour time dropdown that you provide?

Absolutely! When placing your order, simply add your preferred time in the comment box and we will try to accommodate.
12. Is there a minimum amount for a pick-up?

There is a minimum charge of $20.00 for wash and fold service. We can certainly pick up less than 20 lbs. , but you will be charged for the minimum.
13. Can you air/hang dry some items?

Sure. Just specify this when you place your order.
14. How do I tell you about a special issue with my garments?

Place the garments in a separate bag and post a note stating the specific instructions.
15. What is your Privacy Policy?

It applies to the MyCleanClothes.com website and all related sites, applications, services and tools regardless of how you access or use them. You accept this Privacy Policy when you sign up for, access, or use our products, services, content, features, technologies or functions offered on our website and all related sites, applications, and services (collectively “MyCleanClothes.com”). In addition, if the revised version includes a substantial change, we will provide you with 30 days’ prior notice by posting notice of the change on the "Policy Updates" page of our website.
